I was seen very quickly.but my sample have now been wrong twice as they were packed wrong but other treatment were fine.and the doctor was great and nice
I'm sorry to here that your sample was packed wrong. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by this but if you would like to contact me (Katie Mitchell, Practice Manager) I will happy to look into it for you. I'm glad that you were see quickly and that the doctor you saw was great.
Was really nice and clean. The doctor was great he was seeing my mum and managed to squeeze me in quickly as well. Was really helpful and nice. However reception staff were a bit a rude, weren't very friendly
I'm so pleased you like our new premises and that the doctor was great. I'm sorry you found that the receptionist wasn't friendly; I shall pass your comments back to the office manager. The reason that the receptionist had said there were no more appointments left yesterday and yet the GP managed to squeeze you in after your mum was because another patient had not arrived for their appointment. I'm glad he was therefore able to help. I hope your next encounter with the practice will be a pleasant one.
Was very pleased with my visit. Everything went as I had hoped.
I have had a bad shoulder for quite a while (cant remember the name of the condition but think it might be encapsulated tendon) and had physio which helped for a while, but then it returned and I was in a lot of pain. I saw Dr Chandran and he suggested a steriod injection, which I was a bit nervous about. He administered it, while keeping me calm and informed the whole time. It didn't hurt at all, just a little bit of discomfort. . A couple of days later, it began to feel a lot better. This was about a month ago. and I still have a bit of pain in my shoulder socket but the relief from my neck down my shoulder has been amazing.
A year ago I had the operation for Carpal Tunnel, this year just one of my fingers flared up, I made an appointment with Dr Chandon as I thought this could be his area.
He gave me a Cortisone injection which was not painful and within three weeks the pain had subsided. It is good to know that these procedures can now be carried out at the surgery.
Very impressed with the new building, especially the reception area. I have no problem getting an appointment and feel my family and I have had a good service in the past twenty nine years we have been with this practice formally at Pope Road.
